OK Go Do The Time Warp In New Dance-Themed Video

You’ve seen them dancing in the backyard, on treadmills and around a giant rube goldberg machine. Now you can spend a day (or two) in the park with OK Go in the new music video for their latest single off Of The Blue Colour Of The Sky, “End Love,” which is a straight-up 80’s party jam.

The band recently left record label, EMI, after a disagreement over whether or not OK Go’s incredibly popular YouTube videos should be embeddable alongside articles like the one you are reading right now. This was a major issue for the group since their video for “Here It Goes Again” helped them break through and has currently been viewed over 51 million times.

As front man Damian Kulush, Jr. wrote in an op-ed piece for the New York Times, “The numbers are shocking: When EMI disabled the embedding feature, views of our treadmill video dropped 90 percent, from about 10,000 per day to just over 1,000. Our last royalty statement from the label, which covered six months of streams, shows a whopping $27.77 credit to our account.”

OK Go is now under their own label, Paracadute Recordings, and continues to push the envelope. This latest video features them using time-lapse filming as they bust a move. If you really like it, you can download it for free at www.facebook.com/okgo.
