Looking for a great new singer-songwriter? Look no further than Brian Wright, the Waco, Texas troubadour whose new album, House On Fire, is out now on Sugar Hill Records. His plaintive, understated songs remind us of Nebraska-era Bruce Springsteen, especially the brilliant “Maria Sugar Cane.” Wright came by our office and blew us away before we’d even had our morning coffee.
