Singer-songwriter Anya Marina was first discovered by Chop Shop Record’s Alexandra Patsavas, who’s also the music supervisor for Grey’s Anatomy and the Twilight series (read our interview with with Patsavas here.)

Here, Maria talks about her new, self-produced and highly personal album Felony Flats, which hits stores today, and gives an acoustic reading of the album track “Speakeasy” in New York City’s Central Park.
