It was an E Street smash…
Put a song on a sign and bring it to a show, and there’s a good chance Bruce Springsteen might play it. That’s what happened last night in Rochester, New York, where the E Street Band performed yet another epic concert. Springsteen opened with the 2008 rarity “A Night With The Jersey Devil.”
But that wasn’t the only Halloween-related trick up his sleeve. Seven songs later, he busted out “Monster Mash,” thanks to a sign request from a fan.

Springsteen will join Billy Joel, Bon Jovi, Christina Aguilera, Sting and others this Friday night for NBC’s telethon to aid victims of Hurricane Sandy.
