As part of the “I Create Music” EXPO, which takes place in LA on April 30-May 2, the Women’s International Music Network has announced the 2015 She Rocks Showcase. Taking place on May 1 at the Tinhorn Flats Saloon & Grill, the showcase creates a space for women of all ages to present their talent to industry experts, the media, publishers, and fellow artists. Now in its second year, WiMN founder Laura B. Whitmore is excited about the upcoming concert, stating in a press release,“We’re thrilled to be able to offer this platform to female musicians from all over the world. I can’t think of a better place than the ASCAP EXPO for women to demonstrate their musical talents to top songwriters, composers, producers and industry influencers.”
Female musicians are encouraged to submit their material by April 5 for a chance to be selected for a space in the showcase.
