SONG I WISH I WROTE:  “Aint no love in the heart of the city” Bobby “Blue” Bland

5 PEOPLE I’D MOST LIKE TO HAVE DINNER WITH: Stevie Wonder, Robert Johnson, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Muddy Waters, Curtis Mayfield.

MY FAVORITE CONCERT EXPERIENCE: My favorite was my first concert experience, my pops took me to see The Allman Brothers Band at Hifi Buys  Amphitheater in Atlanta when I was 12. I was 12th row dead center. Seeing Derek Trucks and Warren Haynes play so close was one thing that really pushed me towards becoming an artist. The band was so tight and so in tuned with each other. It was definitely like nothing I had ever experienced before.

I WROTE THIS SONG BECAUSE… I had the pleasure of writing this song with three fantastic writers, Ron Pope, William King and Dakota Jay. We were able to accomplish something that I have been trying to do since I started writing songs, which was write a straight forward no frills rock song. The intensity and depth in this song is something I’ve been wanting to share with the world for a long time, and I am very proud of this track.
