Video Premiere: Wrinkle Neck Mules, “Whistlers and Sparklers”

Wrinkle Neck Mules recently released their sixth studio album, I Never Thought It Would Go This Far, a record we deemed full of “thoughtful arrangements, finely crafted, sometimes oblique lyrics and leisurely tempos [that] mesh perfectly with the down-tempo but far from depressing storytelling process.”

Today, the Mules are premiering the music video for ” Whistlers and Sparklers,” one of the standout tracks from the new disc. The clip features the Virginia crooners sitting around a backwoods campfire, spitting moonshine and strumming guitars. Check it out below.
