SONG: “Black and White to Color”

HOMETOWN: Reno, Nevada

CURRENT LOCATION: Los Angeles, California

AMBITIONS: Creatively starting something and finishing it to its best ability.

TURN-OFFS: Bad hygiene, bad lip-syncing, out of tune instruments, a jaded sound man, out-of-control egos, congested freeways, smog, processed food, GMOs, and a city without bees or gardens.

TURN-ONS: A mind with sexy legs, humbling confidence, clever lyrics, a beautiful wine, pretty teeth in a smile, homemade meals, thinking out-of-the-box, flowers holding hands with the sun, laughing with strangers, innocence, experiencing talent or things that reach their utmost potential, seeing all the world’s birthmarks, but most of all, being hugged and unconditionally loved by my family.

DREAM GIG: Performing in Time Square – NYC and/or Hollywood Bowl .

FAVORITE LYRIC: “All flowers in time bend towards the sun…” by Jeff Buckley and Elizabeth Fraser.

SONG I WISH I WROTE: “I Just Don’t Think I’ll Get Over You” by Colin Hay.

5 PEOPLE I’D MOST LIKE TO HAVE DINNER WITH:  Any person who lives life taking chances without a safety net. You know, the fearless risk takers. That’s inspiring!

MY FAVORITE CONCERT EXPERIENCE: Peter Gabriel with his 50-piece orchestra at the Hollywood Bowl. I cried the whole show… Tears of joy and release.

I WROTE THIS SONG BECAUSE… At one time, I was managed by someone that eventually broke my spirit, and I allowed myself to close up artistically. But then, an angel, who plays trumpet, flew into my life and reminded me of what kind of artist I am. He helped me sew my wings back on, which turned my black and white world into a colorful sky without limits!
