Jay Farrar To Celebrate 20th Anniversary Of Son Volt's Trace With Reissue, Tour

In honor of the 20th anniversary of Son Volt‘s highly acclaimed debut album Trace, Jay Farrar will embark on an eight date tour this fall, playing alongside multi-instrumentalist Gary Hunt and original Son Volt pedal steel player Eric Haywood. A deluxe, two-disc reissue of the album is also slated for release October 30 and will feature more than two dozen previously unreleased tracks, as well as an unreleased live performance recorded at New York’s The Bottom Line in February 1996.

The tour kicks off September 20 with a special Americana Fest performance in Nashville and wrap up December 6 in Seattle, WA. Check out the track listing and the rest of the dates below.
