Submit Your Songs For A Free Critique

Videos by American Songwriter

Hey, all you songwriters out there!

How would you like to have one of your songs critiqued for FREE by a Nashville songwriting pro?

Part of the new members-only content that we’re building for Songwriter U will include professional song critiques. We’re in the process of auditioning some pros we will hire to give you feedback on how to improve your craft.

While there will be a charge for these critiques once we get the program going, we’re looking to members like you to submit songs at no charge to use for our auditioning pros.*

We will pick 5-10 songs from ones submitted by our readers for our pros to critique. We need them fast, so if you’ve got something ready to go, send it along. Songs submitted by Friday, April 14 will get priority. If you need time to hone the melody or lyrics, you have until our deadline of Friday, April 28th to submit an mp3 of a song you think deserves consideration.

*American Songwriter does not claim ownership in the materials you submit to us. By sending us your music, you hereby grant us permission to use, stream, transmit, store, publicly perform, reproduce, and distribute your submitted music for purposes consistent with the song review process. This permission is needed to allow the song review process, and is non-exclusive and royalty-free. Also, by submitting your music, you represent that you own the music submitted or otherwise have the rights needed to send us your music. You understand that we will be using third-parties (such as professional songwriters and music industry persons) to review the songs, and you agree to indemnify us and them against all claims related to the submission of your music.
