To celebrate his company’s 25th anniversary in 2015, Kim Breedlove beautifully redesigned the popular Breedlove Pursuit Concert. This solid, soft cutaway design is comfortable to play, has a tight low-end and produces a full and articulate sound. While the 25th anniversary model is similar to other popular Pursuit Concert models in shape and playability, it has a distinctly different sound with its solid Engelmann spruce top and select Hawaiian Koa back and sides. The anniversary model is ready for both stage performers and recording being equipped with Fishman’s new ISYS+ electronics that feature a Sonicore pickup; volume, bass, treble and phase adjustments; and an integrated tuner. The battery compartment has a standard 1/4” output, as well as a USB port. If a guitar’s good looks are important to you, this guitar has certainly got them. With detail on this guitar designed to catch the eye, the stand out features are the distinct, clean binding that graces the body, neck and headstock, as well as Breedlove’s unique inlay patterns on the rosewood fretboard. This very playable and good looking guitar ships with a padded Breedlove gig bag.
