It’s been three years since Brooklyn band This Frontier Needs Heroes released their most recent album Hooky, but that doesn’t mean that songwriter and frontman Brad Lauretti hasn’t been busy. Since then, he and violinist Sadie Frederick have toured relentlessly, all while writing material for their forthcoming LP, Real Job. The band just shared a new tune, “Free Market Music,” from that album, which sees the band more deeply exploring their folk and Americana influences.

“‘Free Market Music’ is dedicated to all the hard working musicians, and people of the world, who don’t always get paid what they should, but always show up to work,” Lauretti says. “That spirit is what makes America great!”

Watch “Free Market Music” below. Real Job is out October 14.
