Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks are hitting the road together in 2025 for five one-night-only performances. One of those nights is in New Orleans, where the pair will take the stage together at Caesars Superdome for the first time in 21 years.

Presale opens for Citi cardmembers on Monday, Feb 17, at 10a.m. Eastern. The general public can purchase tickets Friday, Feb 21 at 10 a.m. Eastern.
The New Orleans stop is part of Joel’s “One Night, One Stage” concert series. The “Piano Man” crooner kicked off the series with Sting on Feb. 8 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Additionally, the “Message in a Bottle” crooner will join Joel on May 10 at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The pair will also perform in Syracuse and Salt Lake City.
And if that wasn’t enough star power, Rod Stewart and Billy Joel will link up in Pittsburgh, Queens, and Cincinnati.
No doubt, seeing Joel and Nicks share a stage is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. And judging from social media’s reaction to the news, interest is high. “Iโve been waiting like Vienna for yโall to come here !” one fan commented on Instagram.
Billy Joel Never Quite Figured This Hit Out
Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks are both highly accomplished singer-songwriters. However, that doesn’t mean they can always explain their lyrics in vivid detail.
This is the case with “River of Dreams,” the title track off Joel’s 1993 album. The title is apt, as the “Uptown Girl” singer says the whole thing came to him in his sleep.
“Itโs got all these biblical references. I still donโt know what it means, but it was still strong visual images,” Joel said. “[Lines like] โThrough the valley of fear, the desert of truthโ. Iโm not a biblical person or a religious guy, but these images were very strong, and that was the reason I wrote it. I havenโt figured it out, but it became a hit record.โ
