“It’s in the Bag Mate”: Liam Gallagher Drops Bombshell on Oasis Fans

Sharing the stage together, brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher showcased their musical talents with the iconic band Oasis. Although gaining high praise from fans and selling millions of albums, the brothers constantly fought over the years. While brothers often have disagreements, Liam and Noel couldn’t find common ground, and in 2009, the band split. Releasing their last album, Dig Out Your Soul, in 2008, Oasis announced a list of concerts taking place in 2025. With fans clamoring to get tickets, it appears performing on stage is just the start as Noel opened up about the possibility of new music.

Always willing to share his thoughts on Twitter, many asked Noel about his future plans with Oasis and if a new album was on the way. Not wanting to tease fans, Noel shocked Twitter when he announced, “Yep, it’s already finished.” While many speculated Oasis might be working on new music, none anticipated the album was already finished. With other fans asking questions about the album, Noel again stated, “It’s in the bag mate, f**k the air.”

Noel Gallagher Shared Hilarious Insight Into Why Oasis Broke Up

Outside the drama surrounding tickets and the possibility of a new album, Noel also opened up about his turbulent relationship with his brother. Just a few weeks ago, Steve Sheward and his children casually met Noel while shopping. Entertaining them with a conversation, one of the children asked Noel why he had fallen out with Liam.

With many wondering the same question, Noel revealed, “Why’d I fall out with him? Cause he stole my teddy bear. Not lying. He stole it in 1978.” Sheward decided to capture the moment and share it on Twitter.

Gaining nearly two million likes, Sheward hoped to land tickets to one of Oasis upcoming shows. But with many confused about purchasing tickets, the dad revealed, “We didn’t have any luck purchasing tickets and was always going to be a challenge trying to get 5 seated tickets with the children absolutely buzzing to see Oasis perform live now.  We got the best prize meeting Noel and the children interviewing him.”
