1. Jordan Smith

Jordan Smith enjoyed quite the lucrative music career after winning the ninth season of The Voice. He has toured with a number of Christian gospel singers and was signed to Republic Records soon after his time on The Voice. His debut album, Something Beautiful, was a best-seller; as were the three additional albums that followed. He wrote the song “Ashes” for the film Deadpool 2, which was famously sung by the incomparable Celine Dion. Now that’s success.

2. Sawyer Fredericks

This well-known Voice winner hit the charts soon after winning Season 8. To date, he has seven songs under his belt that made it to the Billboard charts. He has released four albums since his time on the show, the most popular of which being The Voice: The Complete Season 8 Collection and his “technical” debut A Good Storm.

3. Koryn Hawthorne

Koryn Hawthorne didn’t win Season 8 of The Voice, but she did go quite far with her music career. She has since received a number of Grammy, Billboard, and Soul Train Music award nominations. She also broke a pretty major record: she is currently the longest-charting woman on the Hot Gospel Songs Billboard chart with the song “Won’t He Do It”.

4. Christina Grimmie

Christina Grimmie had quite a promising career after her time on The Voice, despite not winning Season 6. Unfortunately, this bright star’s future career as a pop star was snuffed out far too early. Grimmie was tragically killed in an attack by a fan in 2016 in Orlando, Florida. Before her death, she was touring with the likes of Selena Gomez and had a massive YouTube following.

5. Morgan Wallen

Morgan Wallen has become more controversial in recent years, but one can’t deny that he’s one of the few The Voice contestants who became superstars in the world of country music. Wallen was eliminated during the playoffs back in Season 6, but he’s since gone on to win a number of awards and nominations for his work in country music thus far. He even won the ACM Album of the Year back in 2022.
