Why Isn’t ‘The Voice’ on Tonight (Nov. 5, 2024)? When Is the Next New Episode?

Kicking off Sept. 23, The Voice brought two brand-new coaches in Snoop Dogg and Michael Bublé. Along with veteran coaches Reba McEntire and Gwen Stefani, Bublé and Snoop filled their teams with talent. Then came the less desirable task of whittling down that talent as the Battle Rounds ensued. Now, it’s almost time to move on to the next phase of the singing reality competition show. However, viewers will have to wait an extra week for that one.

When Does ‘The Voice’ Come On Again?

The Voice will air the final episode of the season 26 Battle Rounds tonight (Monday, Nov. 4.) After that, the coaches will each have nine artists remaining heading into the Knockout Rounds. That stage of competition kicks off Monday, Nov. 11, at 8 p.m. Eastern on NBC.

Typically, The Voice airs Monday and Tuesday each week at 8 p.m. Eastern on NBC. However, the show will take a break this Tuesday, Nov. 5, due to the U.S. presidential election. NBC will air election coverage all night long.

Jennifer Hudson and Sting Are Joining As Season 26 Mega Mentors

Don’t worry, though—The Voice will resume its twice-weekly schedule Monday, Nov. 11, with the first round of the Knockouts. The next phase of the singing reality competition show sees each artist paired against two of their own teammates. This time, however, the artist will select their own song and perform individually while their competitors watch from the sidelines.

EGOT winner Jennifer Hudson and former Police frontman Sting will join Nov. 11 as this season’s Mega Mentors. Hudson will mentor Michael Bublé’s and Reba McEntire’s teams, while Sting will assist Snoop Dogg and Gwen Stefani.

Hudson and Sting will use their years of expertise to guide the artist to their strongest performance of the season. However, each coach can choose just one winner out of the three performers to advance to the Playoffs. The Playoffs are the final round before the Live Shows.
