Billie Eilish Has Dropped Casey Wasserman
Casey Wasserman is the founder and CEO of L.A.-based talent management company Wasserman. Additionally, he currently serves as chairman of the LA28 Olympic Games committee. And until Tuesday (Aug. 13,) the entertainment mogul handled live bookings for Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas O’Connell.
A Daily Mail report published Aug. 1 portrayed the married Wasserman, 50, as “a serial cheater” accused of multiple extramarital affairs with employees dating back to 2006.
A source told The Wrap Aug. 1 that the allegations against Wasserman had the “LUNCH” singer “very upset.” The source added that Eilish was prepared to sever her professional relationship with Wasserman.
Both Eilish and her brother have now signed with William Morris Endeavor (WME) for touring and live events. The agency has already been handling the pair’s film and TV bookings since January 2023, according to Billboard.
“While grateful to their former live booking agents at Wasserman, Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell have opted to have film, TV, and music handled by the same agency, WME, moving forward,” said a representative for the “What Was I Made For?” singer.
In a statement to Billboard, WME called the sibling duo “generational talents.”
“[We] are thrilled to build upon our work together as they continue to grow and expand in their multifaceted careers in film, TV and touring,” the agency said.
“Birds of a Feather” Hits No. 1 After Olympics Performance
Billie Eilish joined fellow West Coast legends Snoop Dogg and the Red Hot Chili Peppers in welcoming the 2028 Summer Olympics to Los Angeles. The 22-year-old City of Angels native performed her latest single, “Birds of a Feather.”
Buoyed by the high-profile performance, “Birds of a Feather” landed at No. 1 this week on two Billboard charts. The track tops both the the Billboard Global 200 and the Billboard Global 200 Excl. US.

This marks a first for the “bad guy” singer on both charts. Two previous hits, “What Was I Made For?” and “Therefore I Am,” each peaked at No. 2.
