For the fourth year in a row, some of the biggest names in country music will gather at Nashville’s Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park for New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash. The event allows fans across the nation to tune in and ring in the New Year with great country music. This year, Keith Urban will co-host and co-headline the event. He’ll share hosting duties with Entertainment Tonight’s Rachel Smith.

New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash will air on December 31 on CBS. Like last year’s event it will be broken into two segments. The five-hour event runs from 8 pm to 10 pm Eastern and Pacific. Then, it will take a 30-minute break for the evening news. The final portion of the event will air from 10:30 pm to 1:30 am Eastern and Pacific.

New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash will air live on CBS. Those who don’t have access to cable or broadcast TV can watch the event on Paramount+. Subscribers with the Showtime add-on will be able to watch the event live. Others will be able to stream it on-demand the next day. Additionally, streaming platforms that offer live TV like Philo, Fubo TV, YouTubeTV, and DirecTV Stream will broadcast the live event.
The Big Bash will celebrate the New Year in multiple time zones. It will feature a countdown at midnight Eastern Time and the Music Note drop in Nashville with fireworks at midnight Central Time.
Keith Urban Joins Other Country Stars to Ring in the New Year
Organizers announced Jelly Roll and Kane Brown as headliners last month. Keith Urban joins his fellow country stars as the event’s third co-headliner. All three artists had big years in 2024 and the Big Bash will be icing on the cake for them.
Brown took home the Country Hero Award at the People’s Choice Country Awards. He also celebrated his 11th No. 1 single with “I Can Feel It” earlier this year.
Jelly Roll is on the biggest tour of his life with the Beautifully Broken Tour. Additionally, he’s set to release his highly anticipated new album Beautifully Broken later this Friday (October 11). It will mark his second album as a country artist.
Urban recently released his highly anticipated album High to praise from fans and critics alike. Additionally, he and Jelly Roll will attend the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony later this month.
