Nateva Festival To Offer Big Acts And Small Crowds

Videos by American Songwriter

With headliners She & Him, Passion Pit, Grizzly Bear and The Flaming Lips, it’s no wonder music fans are flocking to the woods of Oxford, Maine, this weekend to catch the birth of the Nateva Music and Camping Festival.

Running from July 2nd- 4th, Nateva is doing things a little different than most major festivals. First off, the ticket prices won’t leave your pockets so empty you can’t afford the $6 bottle of water in 98-degree heat. For only $249, you get three full days of magical music in the woods, plus on-site camping. Beat that, Bonnaroo. Nateva has also promised to cut off ticket sales at 14,999, so you won’t have to camp out all day just to grab a good spot for the Grizzly Bear set.

Other notable bands include Jakob Dylan, The Felice Brothers, Drive-by Truckers, George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic, and Keller Williams.

Can’t make it out to Nateva this year? No worries. Watch the live video stream on Nateva’s homepage. For more information on tickets, or to check out the full line-up, go to natevafestival.com.
