Ultimate Event Nashville is a new concept in corporate team building. This company grew naturally out of the unique resources that are only found locally in Nashville.

The owners of the Grammy winning Parlor Recording Studio, Larry Sheridan and Robin Ruddy, have created a new concept in team building utilizing the songwriting community and the recording studio environment to offer an experience that is very different from the normal corporate team-building event.

“We have built relationships with a long list of hit songwriters, stemming from being in the Music Publishing business and being in Nashville for 23 years” said Sheridan.

The experience of writing a song with their peers and collaborating with a hit songwriter is unparalleled. It boosts confidence and company moral. It fosters communication and gives everyone a sense of euphoria at every event. “Clients always walk away from the studio so happy” said Ruddy.

Part of the event includes recording the songs in a Grammy winning recording studio The Parlor Studio, which is an experience usually reserved for the elite musicians, songwriters and artists in the music industry.

But many attendees end up being the most impressed with the hit songwriters themselves, and how down to earth they really are. These are the rare success stories of the people who get up every day and “go to work” writing and co-writing songs in hopes that someone will record them. They tell their stories about how the song was created, how it got cut and then follow up with playing their own version of their hits.
