TURN-OFFS: Snark

TURN-ONS: being unassuming an
d open to the idea that your wrong or at least self aware enough to realize it’s just your opinion.

DREAM GIG: Opening for Pearl Jam!

FAVORITE LYRIC: I think “Dancing in the Dark'” by Bruce Springsteen perfectly captures the feeling of being restless with life and your surroundings…that search for something more.

“I’m dying for some actions

I’m sick of sitting ’round here trying to write this book

I need a love reaction

c’mon baby give me just one look”

CRAZIEST PERSON I KNOW: Denver Cavins….crazy in a good way though. A rare person with a truly generous spirit willing to try things for the sake of trying…to see what else is out there!

SONG I WISH I WROTE: Across the Universe

5 PEOPLE I’D MOST LIKE TO HAVE DINNER WITH: Keith Richards, David Bowie, David Blain, Stephen King, Skeeter Davis.

MY FAVORITE CONCERT EXPERIENCE: My favorite is actually my first. I was twelve years old and went to see Poison and Warrant at Rupp Arena during the height of the the 80’s rock scene. Lasers, spectacle, rock n roll done right. To see that at twelve has set a pretty high bar for my concert experiences.

I WROTE THIS SONG: I actually wrote “Where I Belong” for a contest. I was given a plot summary with which to write a song around. The only catch was that you had to say the title of the film in the song…After the song got rolling I thought that it was pretty good and I didn’t want to ruin by forcing that title in. So for my entry I simply punched in the last line of the song as that title…I lost.
