FAVORITE LYRIC: We are crooked souls trying to stay up straight/Dry eyes in the pouring rain/The shadow proves the sunshine/The shadow proves the sunshine

SONG I WISH I WROTE: Somebody to Love by Queen

5 PEOPLE I’D MOST LIKE TO HAVE DINNER WITH:Johnny Cash, Emmylou Harris, CS Lewis, Eleanor Roosevelt, and Ben Folds

MY FAVORITE CONCERT EXPERIENCE: My husband and I went to see needtobreathe on a boat in the San Diego bay. It was a small, intimate crowd, the sky was perfectly clear. Right when they played one of my favorite songs, we were cruising under the Coronado Bridge and some fireworks went off just at the perfect moment. It was incredible…

I WROTE THIS SONG: I wrote this because I love the Walking Dead – not just the zombies, but the idea that humanity always has a choice: to love each other or to fear each other, and all of the consequences that come with each of those choices.
