You are the power over me
You are the truth that I believe
You are my life, you are my world
You are the air I’m breathing, girl

“Think I’m In Love With You” is the second pre-release track off Higher, Stapleton’s fifth studio album, set for release on November 10. The Kentucky native first shared details of his upcoming album in July, including the lead single “White Horse.”

Along with “Think I’m In Love With You” and “White Horse,” Higher will offer listeners 12 more original tracks produced by Stapleton, wife Morgane, and Dave Cobb. Recorded at the historic RCA Studio A in Nashville, the project serves as Stapleton’s first new full-length release since his 2020 Grammy Award-winning record Starting Over.

Stapleton’s new song arrives just one day after the 45-year-old talent earned three nominations for the 57th annual CMA Awards. This year, the 15-time winner is up for Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year, and Musical Event of the Year for “We Don’t Fight Anymore,” his collaboration with Carly Pearce.

Next month, Stapleton will hit the road for a brief stretch of his headlining All-American Road Show Tour. He’ll be joined by Margo Price, Nikki Lane, and Charley Crockett on select dates of the trek, which will stop in cities across the U.S. through the end of October. You can find a complete list of upcoming tour stops and additional ticketing information at Chris Stapleton’s official website.
