Wings over America had its own weeklong stint at No. 1 before Songs in the Key of Life returned to the top of the Billboard 200. Hotel California then knocked Wonder’s album from the pinnacle on February 5 to enjoy a second week at No. 1. Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson’s soundtrack to the film A Star Is Born then began a six-week takeover of the top spot, before Hotel California began a third individual week at No. 1 on March 26.
