Payment
A full payment or 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due (6) six weeks prior to camp check-in. If you cannot complete payment by then, a full refund will be issued and your seat will be offered to other interested parties. No discount codes may be used at checkout unless specifically provided to you by us for the camp.
Cancellation Policy
Your reservation is guaranteed by full payment within (6) six weeks of camp check-in. Cancellations must be made (6) six weeks prior to camp check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the (6) six week cutoff will receive a refund less a $150 processing fee.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. We’re sorry, but we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.
Maximum Occupancy
Maximum occupancy per room is strictly adhered to. Names and birthdates of all guests occupying a room must be provided prior to check-in. You will also be asked for your ID upon arrival. If your name was not provided by the guest who made the reservation, you will not be allowed access to the room.
No Show
Reservations which are not cancelled, and for which a guest fails to arrive, will be charged for the room charge for the entire reserved stay.
Late Arrival/Early Departure
Rates are not adjusted for late arrival or early departure. You will be charged for the full reserved time period if you decide to shorten your stay.
Wireless Internet Access
High speed wireless internet is complimentary throughout the entire property. Reception will vary based on your device. The quality of reception does not constitute a refund or discount of stay.
Quiet Time
Please be respectful of your neighbors and maintain quiet time from 10pm to 8am.
Zero Tolerance
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment. Abusive and aggressive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

$2999 – Includes all camp sessions/activities, Queen Bed / Shared Room lodging, 3 meals per day, plus 1:1 mentorship
Gold Level
$2499 – Includes all camp sessions/activities, lunches/dinners (does NOT include lodging, breakfast)
Yes. The first camp is targeting ‘intermediate’ songwriters with proven experience writing their own songs and co-writing with others. The camp is also open to singers, lyricists & producers who do not play an instrument.

Note: there will be future camps for all levels, including ‘beginners’ and ‘advanced’.
Yes. This camp requires all participants be 18 years or older.
Includes all food and beverage for the weekend. Three meals per day, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks are included. A modestly priced full bar will be open throughout the weekend stay.
You are welcome to bring your instrument(s). Amps are not required. Instruments will also made available. For more information, email [email protected] to see what will be provided.
Yes. You are required to e-sign a waiver stating all recordings, footage and/or photos will be used strictly for personal use and not commercially.
You will also be required to e-sign a waiver allowing American Songwriter to capture content for promotional purposes.
Instructors may request specific workshops or performances not be recorded.
