Payment
A full payment or a 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due six (6) weeks prior to camp check-in. If the balance is not paid by the deadline, your reservation will be canceled, a full refund will be issued, and your seat will be offered to other interested applicants.
Please note: No discount codes may be used at checkout unless specifically provided to you for this camp.
Cancellation Policy
Your reservation is guaranteed once full payment is received no later than six (6) weeks prior to camp check-in. Cancellations must be made at least six (6) weeks before check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the six-week cutoff will be eligible for a refund minus a $150 processing fee.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
We are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.
Maximum Occupancy
Maximum occupancy per room is strictly enforced. Names and birthdates of all guests occupying a room must be provided prior to check-in. IDs will be verified upon arrival. If your name was not submitted by the booking guest, you will not be permitted to access the room.
No Show
Reservations that are not canceled and for which the guest does not arrive will be charged the full room rate for the entire reserved stay.
Late Arrival / Early Departure
Rates will not be adjusted for late arrivals or early departures. Guests will be charged for the full reserved stay even if they choose to shorten their visit.
Wireless Internet Access
Complimentary high-speed wireless internet is available throughout the property. Reception and performance may vary depending on your device. Internet quality does not qualify for a refund or discount.
Quiet Time
Please respect fellow guests by observing quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Abusive, aggressive, or threatening behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

Yes. The camp is also open to singers, lyricists & producers who do not play an instrument.
The camp is seeking talented songwriters, producers, and lyricists who have already developed the skills to compose and produce their own music and collaborate effectively with others.

Yes. This camp requires all participants be 18 years or older.
Includes all food and beverage for the weekend. Three meals per day, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks are included.
We strongly encourage all participants to bring their primary instrument. While additional instruments will be available on-site, we cannot guarantee availability for everyone.
Yes. You will be required to e-sign a waiver confirming that any recordings, footage, or photos you capture during camp are for personal use only and may not be used commercially.
You will also be required to e-sign a waiver granting American Songwriter permission to capture and use content for promotional purposes.
Please note that instructors may request that certain workshops or performances not be recorded, and all attendees are expected to honor those requests.
