Last year, Bob Dylan made headlines when he declined an invitation to the Nobel Prize ceremony, where he would be awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature. He cited “other commitments” as preventing him from attending, and instead had United States Ambassador to Sweden Azita Raji read a pre-written speech on his behalf.

Now, Dylan plans finally to acknowledge his prize… sort of. As fulfillment of obligations placed upon prize winners, Dylan will hold a private meeting with the Swedish Academy while he is in Stockholm for a tour date this weekend. While he has no plans to deliver the lecture also required of him by the Academy during this particular meeting, Academy secretary Sarah Danius says the legendary songwriter will send Academy members a taped lecture sometime in the future.

Dylan’s new album Triplicate is out March 31.
