While festival-goers celebrate the announcement of the Bonnaroo lineup, the U.K.’s Glastonbury festival is also making headlines as its 137,500 tickets are all but sold out for 2009. And did we mention that nobody knows who’s playing Glastonbury.

After sluggish sales for the 2008 event, Glastonbury officials implemented a deposit format in October with hopes of boosting ticket sales for this year’s festival, and it apparently worked. Most fans who put down a £50 ($70.95) deposit to reserve a ticket paid off the remaining balance by the Feb. 1 deadline, multiple reports say. The full ticket price is £175, which is about $250. Returned tickets will be up for sale again on April 5.

Rumor has it that Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, Neil Young and Blur will headline the event, which is June 24-28 at Worthy Farm in Pilton, England. But if the 59-year-old Springsteen keeps sliding around on his knees like he did during the Super Bowl, he may not make it to June.

Details about the lineup should be confirmed in May, according to The Guardian.
