Glen Campbell To Bid Farewell With Ghost On The Canvas

After six top 20 albums and 21 top 40 hit singles, Glen Campbell is saying goodbye with his final album, Ghost On The Canvas.

Available on August 30th from Surfdog Records, Ghost On The Canvas includes new songs by Campbell, as well as songs contributed by Paul Westerberg, Jakob Dylan, Robert Pollard, and Teddy Thompson. Joining Campbell’s band this time around are Chris Isaak, Dick Dale, Billy Corgan, Brian Setzer, Rick Nielsen, Roger Manning, and The Dandy Warhols.

Sadly, Ghost On The Canvas marks Campbell’s last studio recording, as his doctors recently diagnosed him with the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease. Campbell will end his illustrious career of over fifty years with “The Glen Campbell Goodbye Tour.” Dates will be announced shortly.
