Michael Jackson to soak up the public’s approval one last time.
Fans of Michael Jackson, prepare your plane tickets. You have one last chance to bask in the aura of your creepy idol.
Jackson announced a string of ten dates at London’s 02 Arena today, after which he will retire from live performance. “This is it,” said Jackson, now 50. “It’s the final curtain call.”
The string of shows begins July 8th; ticket prices have yet to be announced, but undoubtedly, they’ll cost an arm and a leg (or a nose, and a face.)
“I’ll be performing the songs my fans want to hear,” says Jackson.
We should hope so. This is no time for B-sides.
