Ryan Adams performed “Outbound Train,” a track from his latest record Prisoner, Monday on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.

As Adams and his band begin their performance, viewers catch a glimpse of a stuffed tiger, a prop that is featured in the action figures included in the Ryan Adams Bonkers Box Set that was announced in January.

The stirring appearance was one of his best, with Adams delivering an electric performance. Premiering the song on The Late Show was the official kick-off of Ryan Adams’ North American tour, which began this week in New York City.

Prisoner was released in February, the first record since Adams’ self-titled release in 2014, not including his 2015 rendition of Taylor Swift’s album 1989.
