At The Strokes’ headlining show at Madison Square Garden on April 1, the band was joined by a special guest… none other than rock and roll ambassador Elvis Costello. Costello, who’d joined The Secret Sisters earlier in the night for their gig at Irving Plaza, played a surprise three-song opening set, and later hopped on stage with the New York City rockers to perform “Taken For A Fool” from Angles.
