Having spent over a decade in the music industry, Kelsea Ballerini knows the pressures that can come with performing. No matter if it is a sold-out crowd or a special song for an award show, the pressure of perfection is always there. And nothing can compare to when a singer has a mishap on stage. Over the last few years, singers have dealt with falling, having items thrown at them, or fans deciding to jump on stage. Recently, while on tour in Nashville, Ballerini fell victim to a mishap when she found something interesting in her shoes.

Wanting to make her concert in Nashville special, she decided to reveal a new costume that came full of pink. During the concert, she felt something in her shoe. Although wondering what was restricting her foot, the singer continued on until she was able to investigate. She told the crowd, “I have something important to say right now. I’m gonna take one second longer than I should, um, and I might need help.”

Fans Love How Relatable Kelsea Ballerini Is
While entertaining the crowd, Ballerini explained how she had never wore the outfit before and wanted to save it for the special occasion. That’s when she realized that the tissue paper was still in her shoe. “I think the … I’m so dead–s, I’m not planning this. I think the stuff you put in the toe is still in it.”
Thankfully, Ballerini shared a good laugh over the mishap and was quickly able to return to performing. For any person who bought new shoes, they know how easy it can be to forget to take the tissue paper out. The only difference, Ballerini learned that lesson in front of thousands of people.
Apologizing to the crowd, Ballerini eventually jumped back into her routine as fans filled the comment section with love for the singer. “I adore how normal and down to earth that you are!” Another comment included, “I just love how she never fails to amaze us with how relatable she is. This is everyday stuff for everyday people. I love her with every part of me! She’s incredible.”
