I woke up one morning from a dream: I dreamt that I was playing Walk On By on a Honky-Tonk piano in some neglected bar at Nashville, TN. I’m not a real piano player, just playing for fun on my keyboard, but I still remember that my left hand accompaniment sounded good.
I’ve never been in Nashville, neither in the U.S., but when I read Kosser’s book “How Nashville Became Music City”, I felt that I met old friends, some of them already dead; most are very alive, luckily. So, Michael, it’s an opportunity to say thank you, and if you find the time to send me an email address, I’d be glad to chat about your book.
