We won’t drown you with the details of the ongoing feud between Zach Bryan and his ex-girlfriend, Brianna LaPaglia, as the story has been circulated to no end. Regardless, it seems Bryan is trying to drown everything out and focus on what he seemingly enjoys most, his music. And he proved that to be true with his recent Instagram post.
Zach Bryan’s “They Ain’t You”
Of course, the masses are likely going to interpret this song as a break-up song. However, for the sake of not falling into the fad, we aren’t not going to speculate on the matter. The most intriguing aspect of Zach Bryan’s recent post is the song and the lyrics. Bryan has teased new music on social media a handful of times, so it comes as no surprise that he is doing it again.
In the post, Bryan takes on his typical fashion by sitting in some undisclosed location and playing his acoustic guitar. In the video, Bryan sang the lyrics: Why can’t I seem to get you out of these dreams / You’re in every bend and seam, my whole body / Beautiful and kind and patient too, / They’d walk on water if you asked them to, / But they ain’t you. He also sang, In the back of my ride you said it’s snowing outside, / Something in the air tonight, feels like heaven / you’re a star flying too close to earth / And I’m the seventh generation of a Bryan’s boy curse / And they ain’t you
Feel free to interpret these lyrics in any fashion you see fit, but one thing that goes beyond interpretation is that Zach Bryan is back and has his nose on the grindstone. Again, regardless of what you believe about the musician, something from Bryan is coming, and it’s coming with a fistful of fervent passion.
