Songwriter Says: “‘The Other Side’ is a song that spurred from a boozy conversation with my brother about the seemingly crushing weight of the responsibilities and expectations we all encounter as we get older,” Matt Giordano says. “For some, these changes are welcomed, but for me, the thought of abandoning innocence and youth is hard to swallow. Thinking about the future can be paralyzing at times so we decided to film a joy ride that would capture the sentiment of not worrying about tomorrow. Good friends, open roads, crappy beer. It’s all about today.”
