Brad Paisley released “Truck Still Works” last September. The song served as a sequel to his hit song “Mud on the Tires” and the first and only sample of a forthcoming album. Today (March 3) Paisley announced that it is also the name of his 2025 tour. The Truck Still Works Tour will kick off in May and will keep Paisley and a handful of support acts on the road until August.

Paisley’s 2025 tour will take him to two venues he’s never played before. He’ll make his Red Rocks debut on May 24. Then, he’ll play the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on June 6. He won’t be making the trek alone, though. The Truck Still Works Tour will feature support from Walker Hayes, Avery Anna, Alexandra Kay, and Mae Estes. Tickets go on sale this Friday (March 7) at 10 AM local time.

“Truck Still Works” Is a Preview of What’s to Come
Last year, Brad Paisley spoke to American Songwriter about “Truck Still Works” and what is coming next. “What’s so fun about this as the first release is it teases what we’re working on, which is the idea that it’s also a metaphor,” he said. “All of those lines that we were really subtle about making sure that there’s little references–the sunset is about nine type thing. The idea of ‘Let’s see if they paved that old dirt road we used to run out,’” he added.
