Accompanying Presley’s original vocal track are the same guitar riff and drum beat, along with a bed of strings surrounding the track. They fill the “empty space” present in the 1972 single with a lush arrangement that swells as Presley goes into the chorus.

The album features 14 tracks from the King’s catalog re-recorded at Abbey Road Studios, including “Love Me Tender,” “In The Ghetto,” “Can’t Help Falling In Love” and his cover of Simon &Ā Garfunkel’s “Bridge Over Troubled Water.” Additionally Michael BublĆ©’s is included on this version of “Fever,” making the song a duet.

ā€œThis would be a dream come true forĀ Elvis,ā€ Priscilla Presley saidĀ of theĀ album in a release. ā€œHe would have loved to play with such aĀ prestigious symphony orchestra. The musicā€¦the force that you feel with his voice and theĀ orchestra is exactly what he would have done.ā€

If I Can Dream: Elvis Presley With The RoyalĀ Philharmonic Orchestra will be released on Oct. 30.
