The good folks at NPR Music have a treat for you: they’re streaming Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder’s upcoming solo album, Ukulele Songs. On his second solo effort, Vedder teams with The Swell Season’s Glen Hansard for a cover of Gram Parsons’ “Sleepless Nights,” and Cat Power’s Chan Marshall on the 1920s chestnut “Tonight You Belong To Me” (popularized in The Jerk).

The album, due May 31, is dedicated to Vedder’s wife and their two daughters. “The songs were just written for my own benefit,” he says in an NPR interview.
