Riley Green is currently on his Damn Country Music Tour. Over the weekend, he took his show north of the border to the Coca Cola Coliseum in Toronto, Canada. Thousands of fans gathered to hear Green deliver his hits while hoping to hear some new songs. However, it seems not everyone was there to have a good time. During the show, the “Jesus Saves” singer had to break up a fight and have one concertgoer ejected from the venue.

A fan captured the moment Green had to deal with a couple of concertgoers fighting and shared the video to social media. While some artists get angry and yell at the crowd, Green kept his cool and made the rest of the audience laugh while dealing with a couple of unruly guys in the crowd.

“Hey fellas. Hey. Hey,” Green began, trying to get the guys’ attention. When that didn’t work, he pointed to the unruly attendee and said, “Tell that dumbass with the no sleeves to turn around.” He didn’t ask the guys to stop fighting. Instead, he instructed them to take their squabbling elsewhere. “Is it that important? If y’all wanna fight, let’s go over here and do it,” he told them, motioning them away from the stage. After getting things under control, he addressed the cheering crowd. “They’re gonna go out back and beat the sh*t out of one another but I’ve got a couple more songs first,” he said. Then, he added, “Get his ass out of here,” directing security to get rid of the unruly fan.
This Isn’t a New Thing for Riley Green
This is far from the first time Riley Green has had to deal with people fighting during his show. Last year, he was performing in Frederick, Maryland. He was playing what was, at the time, a new track called “Jesus Saves.” However, some fans couldn’t pay attention to the music because a pair of women were fighting through the song.
Unlike other artists, Green didn’t stop playing. Instead, he waited until he had finished the song to comment on the altercation. “I’ve never witnessed anyone get into a scuffle during a song called ‘Jesus Saves’ before,” he said.
