Kid Rock Gifts Kid His Saxophone During Arkansas Concert

Kid Rock delighted one young fan during a recent concert. While performing at Rock the Country’s stop at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds, the singer struck up a conversation with a little boy.

The singer started the conversation by asking the tot how old he was. Apparently shy, his dad responded for him, telling Kid Rock that the boy is 8.

“That your mama and daddy?” Kid Rock asked next. When the boy nodded yes in response, the singer laughed and questioned, “And he lets you come to a Kid Rock show? Must be the coolest daddy on Earth, huh?”

Kid Rock proceeded to walk away from the boy, telling him, “I see you down there. Have fun tonight!”

Later in the show, Kid Rock once again turned his attention to the child. The singer asked the boy if he wanted his hat signed. The kid eagerly nodded his head and handed over his hat to a security guard, who passed it to Kid Rock on stage.

“I’m not going to sign that. I’m not signing that,” the singer said to the boy’s confusion. It was all cleared up in the next breath when the singer told the boy, “But you can have my saxophone if you want.”

He then got the instrument to the excited child, who quickly showed off his new treasure to his parents.
