Since blowing up practically overnight with his 2023 country debut Whitsitt Chapel, Jelly Roll hasn’t forgotten who got him there. The “Need a Favor” crooner, 40, gives back whenever he can. He even once gifted a brand-new car to one woman celebrating three years of sobriety.

On Tuesday (June 24), Jelly joined Post Malone at Albertsons Stadium in Boise, Idaho for a stop along the Big A– Stadium Tour. Unfortunately, several Jelly Roll fans were unable to attend the concert because it conflicted with their shifts at Big Al’s bowling alley in nearby Meridian. Those employees shared their disappointment to the venue’s Instagram Stories, not expecting anything to come from it. They were shocked when the CMA Award-winning artist reached out to the venue.
Jelly Roll Sends Fans Care Packages, Handwritten Note
According to a June 25 Instagram post, Jelly Roll sent a care package with merch, shirts, and signed set lists over to Big Al’s to make up for the employees missing out on his show. ” Needless to say, their frowns turned all the way upside down,” the post’s caption read.
A carousel of photos showed the five staffers posing with their shirts and signed setlists. Additionally, the best-selling artist (born Jason DeFord) included a handwritten note.
“Sorry y’all couldn’t make it to the show but I appreciate the work ethic… hope this merch and these autographed set lists make up for it a little bit,” Jelly wrote. “See y’all next time.”

“Your Lane Is Ready”
The Grammy-nominated artist included a P.S. “I’m coming to Big Al’s to bowl next time,” he wrote.
In the caption, Big Al’s offered to take up Jelly Roll on that offer ahead of Saturday’s (June 28) show at Portland, Oregon’s Providence Park.
“We’ve got a location in Beaverton, and your lane is ready,” the post read. “Let’s roll.”
Sharing her husband’s generous spirit, the “Son of a Sinner” singer’s wife, Bunnie Xo, recently partnered with social media creator Zachery Dereniowski to surprise a man named Peter with a brand-new home.
Despite caring for his grandson Aaron while his daughter battles addiction, Peter was caught on camera regifting Dereniowski’s money to others in celebration of Father’s Day. Seeing his story on social media, Bunnie Xo says she and Jelly Roll felt compelled to help him.
“Watching Peter’s story and how he gave back to somebody when he’s probably at one of the lowest points in his life without hesitation just made me to want to do the same,” the Dumb Blonde podcast host, 45, told E! News.
