Gavin Adcock arrived this summer on the country music scene with a bang—quite literally. The former Georgia Southern football player first went viral in 2021 for chugging a beer on the Eagles bus en route to a game. Three years later, the same behavior that got him suspended from the team is winning him fans galore. And a recent viral TikTok video displays Adcock’s broad appeal to fans of all ages.

“Nana Loves Her Some Gavin Adcock”
TikTok users have fallen in love with a Baton Rouge grandmother whose family recorded her going absolutely feral to Gavin Adcock’s “Deep End” as they played a game of rummy around the table.
The song starts off innocently enough with booze and stimulants (Spent my last dime on a mix drink / I’m flying off the coc—-.) Then, we veer into even more NSFW territory (And I ain’t got a rubber so I probably shouldn’t f— her / But I do it anyway.)
“Nana loves her some Gavin Adock,” the TikTok user @LA_FERG_ wrote over the video, posted Monday (Dec. 30.) The caption included a quote from Nana herself: “That’s a great f—ing song, why isn’t he more famous than Beyoncé.”
Everyone loves to see a grandma not acting her age, including Gavin Adcock himself. “All Nanas love this song,” the “Ain’t No Cure” singer wrote in a comment.
The video’s creator replied, “shes cryin to your response thats awesome man thank you!”

For many fans, however, the “A Cigarette” star’s response simply would not suffice. “Mr. Adcock better send nana tickets and a meet and greet,” one fan commented.
Adcock Is Acting Up Again (Again) in 2025
If you’re dying to witness the unbridled chaos of a Gavin Adcock show firsthand, you’re in luck. The “Four Leaf Clover” singer is taking it on the road in 2025.
Adcock will kick off his “Actin’ Up Again (Again) Tour” on Jan. 17 in Richmond, Virginia. The tour passes through multiple states—including California, Iowa and Massachusetts—before wrapping up April 12 and 13 with a two-night stint in Columbus, Ohio.
Actin’ Up Again became the highest streaming major-label country debut from a solo male artist at that point in 2024 when Adcock released it in August. It also marks 2024’s top streaming major-label debut across the entire genre, racking up more than 15 million on-demand U.S. streams the week of its release.
