The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum will update its American Currents: State of the Music exhibit later this year. The exhibit, which debuted in 2024, looks at the state of country music over the last year and celebrates the artists who made waves and pushed the genre forward. The new iteration of the exhibit will feature Molly Tuttle, Turnpike Troubadours, Billy Strings, Chris Stapleton, Jelly Roll, and many more.

The CMHoF’s American Currents: State of the Music exhibit will also illustrate links between current artists and those who inspired or influenced them. Called “Unbroken Circle,” the section of the exhibit will show the connections between Zach Top and Keith Whitley, Kaitlin Butts and Miranda Lambert, and more, according to the CMHoF website.

American Currents won’t just feature artists who saw success and furthered the genre in 2024. It will also shine a light on some of the biggest country music moments of the year. For example, it will explore Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter, the biggest albums and songs of the year, and the highest-grossing tours of the year. A video compilation will showcase the year’s most significant performances. Some of those clips will feature Zach Bryan, Dasha, Sierra Ferrell, Wyatt Flores, and more.
The updated version of American Currents will also pay tribute to some of the biggest country stars who passed away in 2024 including Kris Kristofferson, Joe Bonsall (Oak Ridge Boys), and Toby Keith.

Those who visit the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum will be able to see the new American Currents exhibit starting March 5. The exhibit will be available to view until January 2026.
