Earlier this year, country-rock singer-songwriter HARDY shared a snippet of the unreleased song “Buck on the Wall,” a poignant tribute to his late grandfather. The full track drops tonight, along with another called “Favorite Country Song.” And while fans will have to wait a little longer than expected for HARDY’s fourth studio album, the “Psycho” singer offered another bit of news that he hopes will tide listeners over until then.

HARDY Announces Five-Song EP Coming Next Month
In a video posted to social media Thursday (April 10), HARDY confirmed that he is releasing two new tracks, “Buck on the Wall” and “Favorite Country Song,” tonight.
“My day just got 10,000 times better new Hardy music tonight,” one Instagram user enthused. “I’m so pumped.”
The songs are part of his upcoming five-song EP, Country!, out May 2. Currently, the five-time ACM Award winner, 34, is gearing up for his massive Jim Bob World Tour, which kicks off May 22 at North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in Chula Vista, California. While HARDY was hoping to complete work on his fourth studio album before hitting the road, he will instead whet fans’ appetite with Country!
“I couldn’t get my album done in time for the tour, but I put my foot down and I was like, I want to have music out before this tour,” HARDY said. “The fans deserve it, I want to play new songs, it’s a new chapter in my life. Let’s do it.”
Next, the “Truck Bed” crooner offered news about the follow-up to last year’s Quit!! “I promise you, there is a big ol’ album coming out later this year,” he said.

It’s Already Been a Busy Year
With everything HARDY has going on in 2025, it’s a wonder we’re getting new music at all. For starters, the “Wait in the Truck” singer became a first-time dad last month. He and wife Caleigh celebrated the birth of their daughter, Rosie Ryan Hardy, on March 7.
Additionally, HARDY will make his official Grand Ole Opry debut on April 29, three days before Country! hits the airwaves.
