“From the moment pop singer-songwriter Anna Clendening appeared on the scene, her music hit home with thousands – and very quickly, millions – of people. Five years ago, at home in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Clendening recorded a video of herself singing an acoustic version of Sage the Gemini’s “Gas Pedal,” and casually posted it online. The clip quickly went viral and she eventually amassed a social following of over 2.5 Million. In 2017, Clendening’s breakout acoustic track, “Boys Like You,” amassed a staggering 100+ Million streams, proving she has what it takes to go toe-to-toe with pop’s power players. The follow-up singles “Invisible” and “Dead End” firmly plant Clendening in the pop space, and set the stage for the release of her debut EP ‘waves’ via East West Records (Warner.) The six tracks comprising the collection bottle the ebb and flow of the ensuing year within the framework of catchy and cathartic anthems straight from the heart and her pen. She continued the momentum in the summer of 2019 by lending her vocal talent to Universal recording artist, Illenium, appearing next to the likes of Jon Bellion and The Chainsmokers. In addition, she also appeared on the song ‘Too Far Gone’ by RCA recording artist, Lost Kings. It’s safe to say this is just the beginning!” –

“When you really do something because you love it, everything else falls into place. ”
