Jason Aldean Shares the Stage in Salt Lake City With His Youngest Children for Special Moment

For nearly three decades, Jason Aldean explored a career in country music with hits like “My Kinda Party” and “Crazy Town.” And speaking of crazy, throughout his career, he grabbed the No. 1 spot on Hot Country Songs or Country Airplay a staggering 30 times. Appearing to land a No. 1 hit for each year of his career, the singer released his latest album, Highway Desperado, back in 2023. As for 2025, Aldean kicked off his Full Throttle world tour. And when taking the stage in Salt Lake City, he decided to share the moment with his youngest children.

While a top name in country music, Aldean tried his best to keep his personal and professional life separate. Like most stars, the country singer didn’t want to burden his children with the price of fame. But when closing his show at the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheater, he brought out Memphis, 7, and Navy, 6.

With the crowd cheering, Aldean embraced his kids as they looked out at the thousands who attended the concert. Picking them up, the three shared a wave to the crowd as Aldean escorted them off the stage. For fans, they loved every second as comments read, “Family man! He’s having a great summer tour so far.”

Jason Aldean Hoped His Kids Thought He Was “Cool”

Sitting down on The Bobby Bones Show to talk all things country music, Aldean discussed his life as both a country star and father. Although knowing the fame that surrounded their dad, the singer admitted they really didn’t care. “I think they get it. I think it’s just different.” He continued, “I mean when they’re your kids, I mean your dad, you may do something cool, but at the end of the day they don’t care.”

Although Aldean continued to find the perfect balance between fatherhood and stardom, his only hope was that his kids thought he was cool. “They don’t know any different, to them it’s very normal and whatever. So I hope they think I’m cool and part of the legacy I want to leave is for them and their families and all that stuff. And so if they don’t think it’s cool yet, I hope they will at some point.”

With Aldean preparing to take his tour overseas to both New Zealand and Australia, it’s hard to believe his children would see him as anything but cool.
