Grammy Award-winning songwriter Jesse Harris will return with his 13th album Borne Away in June. Harris has collaborated with the likes of Norah Jones, Conor Oberst, John Zorn, Madeleine Peyroux and Melody Gardot in the past, but on his latest effort, he keeps the guest stars to a minimum.

“‘Borne Away’ is the opening and title track of my new album,” Harris tells us. “It features the only guest appearance by another artist on the recording, [model/actress/musician] Charlotte Kemp Muhl, who sings the harmony vocals, which she arranged. We’re planning a video for this song that we’re scheduled to shoot next week, and Charlotte is overseeing the concept, props, and costumes. It should be strange and beautiful.”

We suggest you close your eyes and imagine your own music video as you take the song in.
