Luke Bryan has gained a reputation for gyrating at live shows. However, one Australian fan proved that Luke Combs fans can hold their own. Recently, a woman named Joelene Shorten had to leave Combs’ Brisbane show for apparently “dancing too hard.” While Shorten was disappointed to miss the “Fast Car” singer’s show, she’s certainly capitalizing on her viral moment.

Luke Combs Fan Is Selling Her Skirt to the Highest Bidder
In a Jan. 26 video posted to TikTok, a Luke Combs fan revealed she is auctioning off the white skirt she was wearing when security escorted her out of Suncor Stadium.
“Biddings open from $250+ express shipping,” Joelene Shorten wrote in the caption.
A few people chimed in to chastise Shorten for her actions. However, the majority of the comments were supportive and lighthearted. “bet it doesn’t come with a guarantee we could pull off your moves,” one user wrote.
Indeed, video footage captured Shorten having the time of her life as opening act Mitchell Tenpenny warmed up the crowd. Ultimately, security was not amused, ejecting her from the show (after she reportedly twerked on them, too.)
Venue officials said that Shorten’s dance moves were “against the conditions of entry,” which ultimately led to her removal.

Nevertheless, Tenpenny certainly didn’t mind. In fact, the “Drunk Me” singer shared video footage with the caption, “Haha this is amazing I need everyone’s energy to match hers! Let’s go!’
“I Was Just Enjoying Myself Too Much”
Afterward, Joelene Shorten shared her side of the story with a local media outlet.
“The security guard called me over and said, ‘We’re really sorry, we’re going to have to get you to leave.’ And I’m like, ‘What? Why?’” she explained. “And they said ‘There’s been a complaint about you dancing and stuff.’ I didn’t even get to see Luke Combs.”
Additionally, Shorten said a fellow concertgoer was responsible for her ejection.
“Supposedly… the lady in the pink dress behind me had gotten me kicked out… she obviously didn’t like my dancing,” she said.
She continued, “I was just enjoying myself too much. I didn’t really care about what was around me.”
