Yesterday (January 12), Wallen took to his Instagram stories to share a photo of himself in the studio. He didn’t add much context to the photo except for a short inscription. “Locked in,” he wrote on the photo, letting fans know he was laser-focused on his next endeavor.

Fans Think They Know the Title of Morgan Wallen’s Next Album
It looks like Morgan Wallen is gearing up to announce his fourth studio album in the first quarter of this year. He’s released three new singles and is sharing studio photos. If he’s not teasing a new project, he missed a good chance to do so.
After releasing the “Smile” video on New Year’s Eve, fans some fans believe they know the title of Wallen’s next full-length. In the video, Wallen portrays a country star who performs on a New Year’s Eve talk show called Dark Til Daylight. The show’s title shows up several times during the video. As a result, some fans believe that Wallen was using the show to subtly hint at his next album’s title.
Additionally, a sheet of paper with what looks like a tracklist is tacked to the wall of the studio in the video. It’s a subtle background element. However, eagle-eyed fans caught it and are almost certain that it reveals more about the new record than its title.
Time will tell if Wallen is ready to release a new full-length album and what its title will be. However, after releasing three singles, it seems like the announcement could come sooner than later. Fans will be watching the “Sand in My Boots” singer’s socials closely for any news. In short, they’ll be just as “locked in” as Wallen is in the studio.
