Since his incredibly public break-up with Brianna LaPaglia early this year, Zach Bryan has put his nose to the grindstone and returned to the basics. For Byran, there have been no interviews, red carpet walks, or other media-related appearances. Rather, it has been him, his friends, a guitar, and the motivation to make some new soulful music.

Bryan has recently frequented Instagram to tease his unreleased music and allude to an album currently in the works. The singer/songwriter has continued this trend as Bryan recently teased four unreleased songs on the social media platform over the last two days on February 4 and 5. As stated previously, Zach Bryan has been very consistent on the platform, but not to this extent.
Zach Bryan is Teasing Fans One Lyric at A Time
All of the videos Bryan has posted over the last two days are fairly familiar, as they feature him, a guitar, and a short snippet of the song. However, these posts sit in a stark contrast to the rest, given their frequency and the cryptically poignant lyrics featured on the posts. The first video Bryan shared included him on a snare drum singing lyrics from his new untitled song. The line Bryan shared in the comment section was, what pissed me off is you pissed on all the friends I ever made.
Interpret the line as you will, but we are not falling into any sensationalistic narratives. Following Bryan’s initial post were two nearly identical ones. Per usual, it was Bryan, his guitar, and some non-descript outdoor background. Frankly, it reminds us of Bryan’s earlier days on YouTube. Nevertheless, in both posts, Byran shares the following lyrics, but home is, hopeless, drunk and dirty on a desert road and I know that I’m hell bent and always will be but at least God knows I was always willing.
Again, do with these lines what you want and craft whatever fan theory you desire. The most official and robust post Bryan shared was the last one, and this is because he shared an official song title and loose release date for his highly anticipated EP. Zach Bryan wrote in the post, “With Heaven On Top the EP is out sooner than not.” It is unclear if “Heaven On Top” is also the title of the EP, though, time will tell.
Zach Bryan is a master mass mover. That being so, his new EP will certainly ruffle some feathers and garner loads of attention.
